Fair Havens Rest Home
This rambling New England country house is home to 28 ambulatory residents over age 45 who need some assistance with daily activities but do not require nursing home care.
Fair Havens, which was established by a Lutheran congregation in 1951, became a program of Lutheran Social Services in 2008. Today, it serves persons regardless of their background or belief who need this type of residential program.
Fair Havens prides itself in providing outstanding early stage care for residents with Alzheimer's and other memory related challenges.
Residents of Fair Havens have been certified by a physician for Level IV rest home care.
In its picturesque and quiet rural setting, Fair Havens offers a serene environment amid forest and fields. Residents enjoy a busy calendar of activities and home cooked meals in a homelike atmosphere. Other features:

Fair Havens welcomes Medicaid residents and also accepts private pay and other insurance.
