Assistant Program Manager needed in the Concord area to provide leadership and supervision to a team of direct care professionals who provide services for people with developmental disabilities. Assistant Program Manager acts as a positive role model for staff, coordinates staff schedules, completes administrative tasks including new hire paperwork and payroll, monitors confidential files, shares on-call responsibilities and provides direct coverage when needed in both vocational and residential settings. Applicant should be committed to person centered planning and natural supports with a team approach. Interface with service providers and other regulatory agencies.
