Forms Assistance
The Immigration Legal Assistance Project at Lutheran Social Services assists individuals to complete immigration forms, including:
- Citizenship applications
- Green card applications
- TPS / NACARA / HRIFA applications
- Change of Address applications
- Replacement green card applications
- Replacement I-94 applications
- Refugee travel document applications
All applications are reviewed by a lawyer prior to mailing. Clients may be referred to an immigration attorney for a consultation where appropriate.
There is a small fee for certain applications, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
