In less than a year, the $2 million Capital Campaign has raised more than half its goal in gifts and commitments - $1,150,000 and counting!
Your gift to the capital campaign goes to work immediately! As each dollar arrives, it is targeted for one of the three campaign goals.
Technology: Each of the new operational centers described earlier has new hardware and software systems installed. The systems match the specific requirements for clinical and financial reporting needed by the program center.
Renovations: Antrim Girls Shelter, Antrim NH, received a seed grant and enthusiastic support from LCHIP (NH Land & Community Heritage Investment Program). Florence House, Worcester MA, received an $80,000 matching grant from the Massachusetts Historical Commission and a commitment of $30,000 from Charlesbank Homes. Our Lutheran Homes in Southbury CT and Worcester MA are working on redesigns and renovations of important resident areas.
New Initiatives: The Good News Garage is "on the road" now in Connecticut and New Hampshire, helped by a $25,000 grant from Thrivent Financial Services for Lutherans. The Day Care Center in Roxbury MA received a $10,000 gift from Christ Lutheran in Natick MA and another $10,000 from Lutheran Brotherhood.
When your gift to the capital campaign arrives you can rest assured that it will go to work immediately!
