LSS In-Home Care Services

LSS In-Home Care Services (formerly LSS SmartCare) is the fastest growing program within Lutheran Social Services. Founded in 2003, this innovative program now helps more than 500 older, disabled and chronically ill adults to live safely in their own homes, whether they live in a house, an apartment, an assisted living community, or a healthcare facility. LSS In-Home Care Services offers these services in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Massachusetts, with plans to expand services into Maine.
