Waiting Parents
 Al & Cindy... waiting in Connecticut
Dear Expectant Mom,
Thank you for taking the time to read about us and considering us as adoptive parents for your baby.
In order for you to feel good about who you choose to parent your child, we, Al and Cindy, have composed this brief glimpse into our life. We hope you will be able to get to know us as people who have nothing but your and your child's best interests at heart. We believe a child should be raised in an atmosphere of love, encouragement, openness, and most of all, fun! We want him or her to feel confident enough to pursue any goal independently and to know that guidance will always be available. Whatever the outcome, success or failure, we will support him or her.
We have been together for 5 years and happily married for 4. We always knew we wanted children and have been trying for many years. After years of tests, medical treatments and miscarriages we knew that life had something else in store for us. We were meant to adopt a child. Even though we know the adoption process can be long, we are already so excited and anxious to bring a child into our lives. We have so much love to give and can't wait to share it.
Our relationship is based on love and respect, as well as openness in communication. We are both hard working and fun loving people. Al is a Ferry Boat Captain for Homeland Security. Cindy is a Hospital Nursing Supervisor.
We both feel blessed that we have much to offer our future children. We have a nice home, we live in a quiet neighborhood where kids can play outside and safely ride their bikes. We are financially stable and have an extended family of future grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins who can't wait to add another member to our family.
As you make the decision on what is best for you and your baby, please know that our hearts and home are open and anxiously awaiting the joy a child will bring.
