President and Chief Executive Officer
Angela Wallingford Bovill joined LSS in 2008. Previously, she was the general manager at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., where she worked for 17 years. Ms. Bovill holds a bachelor of science in economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine, and a master of business administration, magna cum laude, from Boston University. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and the Maine Development Foundation – Leadership Maine Pi Class.

Lisa Cohen Lisa Cohen
Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President
Formerly the chief financial officer at the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elders (PACE) in Rhode Island, Lisa Cohen began her work at LSS in March of 2011. She graduated summa cum laude with a joint Southeastern Massachusetts University / University of Massachusetts bachelor of science degree with a concentration in accounting, and received her master in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.

Dana Ramish Dana Ramish
Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President
Dana Ramish joined LSS as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. He has held senior leadership roles in several hospitals and health systems, and most recently served as CEO of a senior living community in Boston. Dana received a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Management with distinction from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honorary society. Mr. Ramish has been a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives since 1990 and currently serves on the board of LeadingAge Massachusetts.

Candace Cramer Candace Cramer
Chief Development Officer
Candace Cramer joined LSS as the Chief Development Officer in December 2013. She has more than 15 years experience as a fundraising professional with expertise in the development and implementation of mission-based fundraising and volunteer strategies for sustainable growth.  Previously, Ms. Cramer founded and served as Managing Director of CNC Nonprofit Consulting, which provides strategic counsel, planning, and fund development services to national and regional nonprofits in the educational, healthcare and cultural sectors.  Prior to her work with CNC Nonprofit Consulting, she served as National Director of Individual Gifts for Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic (now Learning Ally).  In the private sector, Ms. Cramer held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources for Benefit Designs, Inc., and was also a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche. She received a B.A. in economics and music from Albion College. She holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from the University of Cincinnati, as well as an M.B.A. Ms. Cramer is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Nick Russo has been with LSS for three years following
employment at Haemonetics Corporation. He holds a bachelor of science from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., a master of business administration from Babson College, Wellesley, Mass., and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Mr. Russo is a member for the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), the Global Corporate Treasurer's Council (CTC) and the Financial Executives International – Boston Chapter (FEI), and on the board of directors for the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, Cambridge, Mass

Jean M. Jackson, SPHR
Vice President of Human Resources
Jean Jackson served as the vice president for workforce planning and talent acquisition at Baystate Health in Springfield, Mass. Prior to that, she worked at South Shore Mental Health in Quincy, Mass., as vice president for human resources and later vice president of administration. She received her bachelor of arts in interpersonal communication from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Jodie Justofin Jodie Justofin
Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications
Jodie Justofin joined LSS in July 2013 and brings 20+ years of strategic marketing, communications, branding and planning experience to the organization. She has held senior leadership positions in healthcare marketing, most recently at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center. Previously, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Planning at Saints Medical Center in Lowell, Mass., and also held marketing management positions at UMass Memorial Medical Center and Cambridge Health Alliance. With a passion for wellness and connecting people to the resources they need to live healthy, productive lives, Ms. Justofin’s work earned several national Aster and Telly advertising awards and regional NESHCO Lamplighter communication awards. She received her bachelor’s degree cum laude in advertising from Syracuse University and her MBA cum laude in marketing from Boston College. Ms. Justofin is a member of several professional strategic marketing, communications and wellness organizations.

Michael Alden Michael Alden
Vice President of Business Development
Michael Alden joined LSS as Vice President of Business Development in January 2014. He recently worked as a manager in the restructuring practice of Grant Thornton LLP in New York City, and previously worked at the Ernst & Young LLP accounting firm in Boston. Michael received a bachelor of business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, a master of science from the University of Virginia, and a master of business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Turnaround Management Association, and has completed the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) Exam.
