Angela Wallingford
Acting President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Innovation and Strategy
Angela Wallingford joined LSS in 2008. Previously, she was the general manager at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., where she worked for 17 years. Ms. Wallingford holds a bachelor of science in economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine, and a master of business administration, magna cum laude, from Boston University. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and the Maine Development Foundation – Leadership Maine Pi Class.

Alana Geary
Executive Assistant
Alana Geary joined LSS in 2001 from her previous employment at MCI Wireless. She holds a bachelor of arts from Regis College in Weston, Mass.

Bill Ames
Executive Vice President of Operations
Bill Ames has been with LSS since 1988. He earned a master of social work from Boston University, a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and a certificate of graduate study in nonprofit administration from Clark University.

Bonnie Olson
Vice President of Human Resources
Previously with the HealthSouth Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital, Bonnie Olson has worked for LSS for seven years. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the New England Human Resource Association. Ms. Olson holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Eastern Nazarene College and a master of business administration from Anna Maria College.

Martha Lindberg Mann
Vice President of Marketing and Communications
Marty Mann has been with LSS since 1993. A graduate of Augustana College, Rock Island, Ill., she has worked in the communications field for several Lutheran and Episcopal church organizations, has been a free lance writer and translator for many nonprofits and academic institutions. She was a bi-lingual copy writer for J. Walter Thompson, an international advertising agency in Frankfurt, Germany. She served as president of the Boston chapter of the Religion Communicators Council for 15 years and assisted in the formation of the Communicators Network of Lutheran Services in America.

Lisa Cohen
Chief Financial Officer
Formerly the chief financial officer at the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elders (PACE) in Rhode Island, Lisa Cohen began her work at LSS in March of 2011. She graduated summa cum laude with a joint Southeastern Massachusetts University / University of Massachusetts bachelor of science degree with a concentration in accounting, and received her master in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.

Nick Russo
Director of Treasury
Previously from the Haemonetics Corporation, Nick Russo has been with LSS for three years. He holds a bachelor of science from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., a master of business administration from Babson College, Wellesley, Mass., and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Mr. Russo is a member for the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), the Global Corporate Treasurer's Council (CTC) and the Financial Executives International – Boston Chapter (FEI), and on the board of directors for the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, Cambridge, Mass

Bob Kay
Director of Public Policy & Advocacy
Bob Kay joined LSS from Genesis Behavioral Health 21 years ago. He is a board member of the New Hampshire Council of Churches Episcopal Public Policy Network. Mr. Kay holds a bachelor of arts degree from the American University, a master of education degree, a certificate of advanced graduate studies from the University of Maryland, and a master of social work degree from the Catholic University of America.

Lori D'Amico
Vice President for Donor Engagement
Formerly the executive director of The Pueblo Rape Crisis Center located in Pueblo, Colorado, Lori D'Amico joined LSS in December, 2010. She holds a bachelor of science in management/human resources from Park University, Missouri, and a master of public administration from California State University – Stanislaus. She is a certified volunteer administrator (CVA) and has worked with volunteers and fundraising activities for over 20 years.
