Group Adult Foster Care/Elder Care Manager |

The Group Adult Foster Care/Elder Care Manager is responsible for managing social services for residents, facilitating communication on all levels, providing education to staff on social service related topics, and providing mediation on resident related issues. The Manager will also assist elders and their families to maintain independence in the community and attain the highest quality of life possible by providing referrals, education, and facilitation of non-medical home care performed in accordance with current local, state and federal regulations. Current LSW in MA in good standing required. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other human services field with three years of experience. |
