Forms Assistance

The Immigration Legal Assistance Project of Lutheran Social Services (LSS) assists individuals to complete immigration forms, including but not limited to:

• Citizenship applications;
• Green card applications;
• Marriage-based petitions;
• Relative petitions;
• Change of address applications;
• Replacement green card applications;
• Replacement of I-94 applications;
• Employment authorization applications; and
• Refugee travel document applications.

All applications are reviewed by a lawyer prior to mailing. Clients may be referred to an immigration attorney for a consultation where appropriate. Lutheran Social Services currently does not provide assistance in filing employment-based immigration petitions.

There is a small fee for certain applications, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. For a complete list of fees charged, please see our fee list.

For more information about our services or to schedule an appointment, please contact the LSS legal offices in Worcester at 508-754-1121, ext. 419, or in West Springfield at 413-787-0725.
